First comes love, then comes marriage then comes a Baby in a Baby Carriage!

My husband and I went car shopping a few weeks ago because we have a new addition in our family, a precious baby girl! Our current car is too small for all of her stuff, i.e., car seat, stroller.
We decided to look at the New Jeep since we loved its new body style. Both my husband and I have loved Jeeps all oyf our lives since Jeeps have been in our family.

We shopped around every other weekend to either test drive or find the Jeep of our dreams. Yes the dealership can find one for you but I am the type of person that likes to see exactly what I am buying before we make the investment.  
After visiting a few other dealerships, who shall remain nameless, we were very disappointed with the overall sales approach with the car salesmen. IT wasn't until we stopped one late afternoon to the Jeep Dealership in Concord.

First and foremost our dream car sold itself. We didn't need anyone to persuade us into buying the car. It was love at first sight when we saw the commercial! Our treasure was spotted at Crown Concord.It was perfect and exactly what we were looking for.
Keith was our car salesmen and he is not your typical dealer. He previously worked in real estate and had just started working there. He was genuine, honest and loyal. We didn't feel pushed at all or mislead in any way. In fact he made our experience, one of the best experiences we have ever had when it came to purchasing a car!
Long story short, my husband has really good credit but he hadn't had a vehicle in his name for over 7 years. It was very difficult getting a car loan and we spent several hours at the lot waiting to hear back from banks or lenders that would approve him.  Dennis, in finance, worked with us in getting the best car loan and rate and was determined to help us. That night we left with sad faces because we could not get approved.

A few days later we received a phone call from Rene, other car salesmen, who stepped in when Keith was off. He informed us that they found a credit union that approved my husband and we were ecstatic!  We drove out to Concord Jeep that evening and signed all the paper work. Rene was so accommodating. Since it was almost closing time they weren't able to detail the car or top off the gas tank so we agreed to come back that weekend. When we returned that Saturday, we had to leave the car there for a few hours. The shuttle service had already gone out so Keith gave us a ride to the mall. It just goes to show how great these guys are. They go the extra mile even after you purchase the vehicle. After the car was detailed, they filled up the gas tank. They didn't have to do that. We even went back the weekend after to get a few items that were missing at the time of purchase. Rene made sure that we were taken care of and made us feel like VIP. We have Rene's cell phone number that we can call anytime with questions or concerns.
And we cannot forget the gentle giant, Tim. (Who you all will know who I am talking about when you see him) Each time we went to the dealership he was so friendly and conversed with us. He also made us feel like celebrities because we were buying such a fabulous car.

The entire experience at Crown Concord was first class. The staff offered impeccable and honest service. We highly recommend that everyone check this place out the next time you are shopping for a car!
